Firearm Safety Range Classes
The perfect follow up to your in-home firearms handling and safety class. Range training, that includes simulated dry fire using state of the art, SIRT Laser training guns, firearm safety, stance, grip, aim and live fire.  High student to teacher ratio with NRA certified instructors. Classes will include the use of our training handguns and/or rifles.
 
Women's Basic Concealed Handgun
Women's Basic Concealed Handgun class is a 6.5 hour class designed to teach you how to safely handle and operate a hand-gun for self-defense, how to choose a concealed handgun and holster options for women. Learn how to safely load and unload a firearm, stance, grip, personal defense, and how not to be a victim. We train using SIRT pistol and provide handguns for live firing at the range, all in a fun and supportive environment.

This course is a 2-hours long. This is an entry level AR-15 class for the woman shooter with minimal or no formal training to learn firearm basics, gun-handling skills and AR-15 safety at the range. Students learn safe gun handling; rifle parts and operation; ammunition; Shoot to Live fundamentals and continued opportunities for skill development.

This last Sunday I took Jessica's Guns and Lace 'Women's Basic Concealed Handgun' class, and I was blown away by how phenomenal it was. Everything about the class was top-notch - the teachers (Jessica and Emma - and Rick and Mike also for a portion), the content, the flow of the course, the hands-on learning...everything rocked. I was (and still am!) a novice, but I left the class feeling confident, proud, and more prepared to deal with an ugly situation than I ever have before, in any kind of training. Even though it's a six and a half hour class, it FLEW by - which means I loved it. :) I HIGHLY recommend it to each and every woman out there who has even the slightest interest in guns, gun safety and concealed carry.

I am totally impressed with the Guns and Lace classes! I took the recommended first course on firearm safety last week. Jessica who developed Guns and Lace is not only an amazing instructor but also an awesome role model. Last week we had Jessica, Rick and Mike who not only taught us safety first, but helped us perfect our form in shooting 6 different firearms with positive reinforcement given to us at all times!
Today I took "The Next Step" class. Jessica and Rick reviewed firearm safety and then we kicked it up a notch with proper form using a holster. I personally left today feeling exhilarated and excited to go forward to improve with practice and classes! Thank you very much Jessica, Rick and Mike for providing a safe, encouraging and fun atmosphere to learn!
